Five Face Care Tips
1. Make sure to remove makeup completely before you go to sleep.
2. Get at least 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night
3. Rehydrate first thing every morning start your day with a cup of tea, or clear water each morning and make sure to have at the equivalent of 8 glasses of water each day.
4. Take care of what you put into your body by paying attention to what you put on your plate. Try to always “eat fresh” try to ensure a sufficient daily input of protein with fresh green leafy foods and fresh fruit. For radiant skin avoid too much fat and sugar in your diet and a diet high in vitamin C.
5. Expose your skin to the fresh air with a walk or outside workout event.
6. And most importantly protect your skin from the solar radiation produced by the sun
